Season 7 of "Mexico—One Plate at a Time" is currently under production (all shot in Mexico City this time!) which led us to think back on Season 6—our "party" season! We decided to choose some of our favorite recipes from the current season for our “featured menu.” We’ve chosen recipes that work well for this time of year—most of them can be prepared ahead and are great for entertaining during the upcoming holidays. The pork is absolutely delicious made using this method, it frees up your stove and you can make it ahead and rewarm it the next day.
