Mostly for wrapping tamales, though occasionally for wrapping and gentle flavoring for meat or fish during cooking.
FINDING:
Most Mexican groceries, many general groceries and via the internet.
CHOOSING:
Large, unbroken, unblemished corn husks are the easiest ones to work with.
STORING:
Cool, dark, dry place, preferably in a sealed container, for up to a year.
