Recipe from Season 3, Mexico—One Plate at a Time
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 banana, peeled
- 1/2 cup orange juice (it shouldn’t be too sweet)
- 1/4 cup white rum
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- A few slices of orange, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine everything in a blender jar, cover and blend until smooth. Pour
into glasses (stemmed glasses are beautiful). Garnish with slices of
orange if you wish and enjoy without hesitation.
